Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in The Spanish Hours Language Academy, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Batch Size
- Classes will be conducted with a minimum of 4 students and a maximum of 7 students.
- If the minimum number of students is not met, the batch may be postponed to a later date.
2. Class Cancellation
- If a class is cancelled by us due to emergencies or natural calamities, we will make every effort to reschedule the session.
- If rescheduling is not possible, the paid amount will be refunded in full.
3. Punctuality and Attendance
- Students are expected to join classes on time.
- Missed classes will not be compensated individually but may be covered through available class recordings or notes, at the instructor's discretion.
4. Use of Class Materials
- All course content, including notes, recordings, and supplementary materials, is for personal educational purposes only.
- Reproduction, sharing, or resale of these materials is strictly prohibited.
5. Code of Conduct
- Respectful and professional behavior is expected during all classes and interactions with instructors and fellow students.
- Any form of misconduct may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without a refund.
6. Technical Requirements
- Students must have a stable internet connection and a compatible device to attend online classes.
- Technical issues on the student’s side will not warrant rescheduling or refunds.
