Refund Policy

At The Spanish Hours Language Academy, we strive to maintain clarity and fairness in our refund practices. Please read the following terms carefully:

1. No Refunds Once Enrolled

• Once enrolled, refunds will not be issued for any reason if you are unable to continue the course.
• However, you may choose to rejoin another batch in the future. An inconvenience fee of ₹2000/- will apply.
• Rejoining is permitted only for the enrolled student and cannot be transferred to another individual.

2. Class Cancellation by Us

• If a class is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as emergencies or natural calamities, we will make every effort to reschedule.
• If rescheduling is not possible, the paid amount will be refunded in full.

3. Refund Timeline

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed and credited to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
